Today, the retailer continues to decarbonize its operations by working to integrate the use of green hydrogen into all of its facilities, with the goal of pursuing efficient, clean, quiet, and most importantly, more sustainable forklift operations.
“Hydrogen is critical to helping us power a more sustainable supply chain, and Plug Power’s hydrogen solutions keep us moving forward,” said Jeff Smith, senior manager of supply chain maintenance services. supply from Walmart. “Procuring green hydrogen can help Walmart move closer to our goal of zero emissions by 2040,” he added.
