2.2 MW of JinkoSolar’s solar panels were supplied by JinkoSolar’s official distributor in the Philippines – Proinso and installed on top of its cheese manufacturing building in Laguna, Philippines. This project, which will generate around 30% of New Zealand Creamery’s electricity production, is one of the largest of its kind in the Philippines. The creamery is on track to realize its initial vision and mission of supplying the entire facility with renewable energy resources. “Knowing that the cheese we eat is produced by solar energy and that we are helping the environment by watching energy consumption decline is too impressive for words. Bring the sun! said the owner of the creamery business.

“We are happy to help food producers go solar. In the future, there will be a tendency to favor foods and other fast-consuming products if they are certified as sustainable. Jinkosolar will help our food customers around the world integrate a complete solar powered food safety process, ensuring a consistently delicious and healthy experience for their customers, ”said Gener Miao, Marketing Director of Jinkosolar.
